Ladies Holiday Night With Hana Pestle

Through her seasoned, bold vocals, and outstanding guitar skills, Hana Pestle tours the United States and wins over crowds with her music nightly. In Summer/Fall of 2009, the world will see the release of her beautifully crafted debut album via FNR Records.

Townsquare Media is putting on their annual New Years Eve Party at the Holiday Inn Convention Center at 5500 Midland Road on December 31st. Doors open at 8pm with music by the Bucky Beaver Groundgrippers starting at 9pm.

Billings Senior High Holiday Concert

The Billings Senior High Orchesta Deparment will present a Holiday Concert in the Senior High Auditorium on December 14th at 7:00pm.

Admission for the concert is a non-perishable food item for the Billings Food Bank, a toy for the Toys for Tots program, or a cash donation to help the US Marine Corp to purchase toys for the Toys for Tots program. Help them help the less fortunate by donating to one or both of these charities.

Laugh Out Loud!

Billings local comedians will be putting on a fundraiser for the Western Heritage Center on Friday, November 26th. Lukas Seely, John Sanderlings, and other local comedians will have you giggling, laughing, and howling with laughter - all to benefit the educational programs at the Western Heritage Center. Doors open at 6:30 at the Carlin with light hors d’oeuvres, and the laughter starts at 7:30. Tickets are $20 each. For more info call 245-2500.

Billings Senior High Madrigal Dinner

Directed by Scott Corey, Billings Senior High will hold its annual Madrigal Dinner on December 9th, 10th, and 11th at St. Luke's Episcopal Church. The students will create a 15th century feast - a prime rib dinner complete with all the trimmings, complete with costumed royalty, servers and performers. The Madrigal Dinner is a fund raising event for the choral program at Senior High. The cost for the dinner is $20 per person and must be purchased in advance, with ticket sales ending on December 8th. To purchase tickets, call the Senior High choir office at 281-5483.

A Montana Christmas

The Alberta Bair Theater presents "A Montana Christmas", an Old West trip down memory lane. Songs and poetry performed by TJ Casey and some special friends. One performance only on Friday December 3rd. This show is a benefit for the Giving Back Foundation, a nonprofit that offers support for farmers and ranchers in need after tough weather has affected their crops. Billings Bulls host Bozeman Ice Dogs

The Centennial Ice Arena will host ice hockey between the Billings Bulls and Bozeman Ice Dogs on Wednesday November 24th at 7pm. Ages 13 & up: $10, 6-12:$7, and children 5 and under get in free. Messiah Festival

The Messiah Festival Committee in conjunction with St. Vincent Healthcare Foundation will present the Messiah Festival at the Alberta Bair Theater on Sunday, December 5th at 3:30pm. The Festival raises money for the operating budget of the Meadowlark House, a free cancer patient lodging facility. The concert is presented free of charge as a gift of the season to the community. Santa Kicks off The Holiday Season!

Santa's comin' to town Friday November 19th at the Rimrock Mall. Children will have the opportunity to create bears at Build-A-Bear workship and donate them to Toys for Tots. Riverstone Health Hospice presents it's 20th Annual Tree of Lights Ceremony Tuesday, December 7th, 5:30pm at Riverstone Health 123 South 27th Street. A time to remember those whose presence is missed, and gather those who are still among us. Each light on the tree has been placed in honor of a loved one who has passed. Friendship House Annual Blanket Drive

No Veteran Left Behind

Stand Downs are 1 to 3 day events providing homeless veterans with services such as flu shots, health screenings, clothing and more. Hundreds of veterans are expected to turn out Wednesday at the Billings Homeless Stand Down, a day long event designed to provide these and more services to homeless veterans. This event will be held at the Shrine Auditorium on Wednesday November 17th from 10a-4p.

The 25th annual Festival of Trees is happening December 2-5th at the Shrine Auditorium. The Gala Silver anniversary auction party will kick off a festive holiday themed weekend where guests will enjoy champagne and hors d oeuvres and a forest of decorated holiday trees. Individual tickets for the gala may be purchased for $50 or $500 for a table of 8. Be the winning bid on your favorite tree and display it in your home or office.
